At this point we plan the project and development process working shoulder to shoulder with you in breaking the project to the smallest tasks as possible, and building features. 3. Fun and Development
This is the part where we sit down and develop each feature at a time in your project, based on the prioritized list.
We will deliver weekly reports showing exactly what we did in the past week, showing working or “under development” features.

When we finish a feature, you’ll receive a full report describing the feature and a list of working user scenarios showing an example of actual operations of that feature.
You’ll be able to examine the reports, play with the feature and either approve the feature or point out flaws.
